BSNC Corporation Berhad (BSNC) was established on July 16th, 1975, initially operating as a banking entity under the name Bank Buruh (M) Berhad. Later, in March 1995, the company underwent a name change to BSN Commercial Bank (M) Berhad, aligning its name with its evolving business activities and later to BSNC Corporation Berhad.
BSNC Corporation Berhad functions as an investment holding company. Presently, the company owns a wholly-owned subsidiary, BSNC Leasing (M) Sdn Bhd, which specializes in offering Hire Purchase and Factoring financing services.
