- Amanah Raya Berhad – Estate which comprises of moveable assets worth not more that RM 600,000.00
- Small Estate Distribution Unit of the Department of the Director-General of Lands and Mines. – Estate which comprises of moveable and immoveable assets worth not more than RM 2,000,000.00
- High Court – Estate which comprises of moveable and immoveable assets worth more than RM 2,000,000.00
