Below is The Procedure for Share Transfer

1. Photocopy I/C of the Transferor.
2. Photocopy I/C of the Transferee.
3. Transfer from (Must be witnessed) and submit the original share to certificate to the address for stamping.
4. In the event of missing the original share certificate kindly contact our share registrar (Bina Management) for further assistance.

Below is The Procedure for Share Transmission


In order to transfer the deceased’s share to the executor, the following document are required:

1. Certified true copy of the Grant of Probate or Letter of Administration.
2.  Certified true copy of the death certificate.
3. Photocopy I/C of the Executor.
4. Transfer From (must be witnessed) and submit the original share certificate to the below address for stamping.
5. In the event of missing the original share certificate kindly contact our share Registrar (Bina Management) for further assistance.
6. How to obtain the Grant of Probate or Letter of Administration:
   1. Amanah Raya Berhad
      Estate which comprises of moveable assets worth not more that RM 600,000.00
   2. Small Estate Distribution Unit of the Department of the Director-General of Lands and Mines
      Estate which comprises of moveable and immoveable assets worth not more than RM 2,000,000.00
   3. High Court
      Estate which comprises of moveable and immoveable assets worth more than RM 2,000,000.00

However the shareholder may appoint AmanahRaya as Administrator for any type and at any value of the properties to be administrated completely.

Please liaise with the secretary (Eurogain Secta Sdn Bhd) for Share Transfer Form/Share Transmission Form and the fees incurred.
